C.E.F.S. is part of the fourteen-county Illinois Local Workforce Area #23 which receives its funding from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity through Illinois Eastern Community Colleges. We provide guidance with job readiness, job search, and classroom training needed to secure and retain employment and become self sufficent.
